I know a single mom of 3 that was injured @ home and can’t work. She needs surgery and will be out of work …?
for 3 months. Are there any charities or programs (NOT TANF) out there that will help pay her home expences (not medical bills) while she recovers. She lives in Oklahoma and fell in the shower. It is a low income home.

Have her apply for temporary support through the welfare at the Social Rehabilitation Office in the County in which she resides. She may be eligible for State Medicaid, Food Stamps and residential assistance.
