for children ages 5-14 sports related and non sports related. for acute injuries, overuse injuries and contact sport injuries. i am asking because i want to open a orthopedic physical therapist clinic. i will hire a licensed orthopedic physical therapist, but i will need to know what are some of the basic necessary equipment needed and where i could possibly purchase it used rather than new to cut costs. i want to start off small, and then expand. purchase some of the necessary equipment to treat patients, and then purchase more as the business grows.

I hurt my shoulder three weeks and am going to physical therapy in three days. I want to get a headstart however, and would like some exercises to do at home. I’m not really sure what exactly is wrong with my shoulder for a trainer has said it is a sublaxemation, one doctor says it is a contusion and yet another says it was a torn muscle. Please help! = D
