Should I Go to an Urgent Care Clinic for My Migraine?
Question by : Should I go to an urgent care clinic for my migraine?
I’ve had a migraine for a little over 2 days now. It started sunday night/early monday morning. I woke up with a really bad headache and it localized to the left side of my head. I took some oral migraine medication, it didn’t even touch the pain. Then I took excedrin migraine…didn’t help much either. I was up the entire night last night writhing in pain. I finally fell asleep for a few hours and woke up in even more pain. I have done two of the prescription injections I was prescribed for my migraines. They helped for a few hours but my migraine is now back. I have to go to work tomorrow, what can I do? Should I go to an urgent care clinic? I am sitting in a dark room with sunglasses on but nothing is helping my head is just throbbing.
