Question by jojo: My doctor recommended fibromyalgia physical therapy and said it is different than ordinary physical therapy..?
And that it is more like getting a massage. Has anyone ever tried it? Was it helpful? I have had knots in my muscles in my upper back for years.

Question by : should i go to physical therapy when my fractured foot heals?
I fractured my second metatarsal in my right foot last month by jumping off of the shelf by the shed in my backyard (i know right?) barefooted, and yes, I learned my lesson. :) Anyway, this month I went to the podiatrist and they x-rayed it and said there was a hairline fracture in my second metatarsal in my right foot and put my foot in a walking boot. I am going to get the boot off on January 7, 2011. So, when I get it off, should I go to physical therapy? Thanks, y’all! Merry Christmas!
