i was in a car accident and i fractured my ankle and the bone chipped off, i was in a boot for 4 weeks (tomorrow) and i have to get physical therapy because the ligament it tight and my foot doesnt move. What are they going to do? will they move it there or will i be doing what they tell me to? And i heard that your butt can get smaller and i will have to do butt stuff to???

The first visit will mostly be an assessment. They will take your history and discuss your limitations. Then they will take some baseline measurements of how well you can move, your strength, etc. Based on that, they will decide what needs to be done to help you achieve your goals.
Yes, the rest of your leg might have some disuse atrophy…if you have sustained weakness in your “butt” or other place in the leg that is affecting your function, then, yes, you might be given exercises for that too…it will depend on the results of your eval
