You can call the division of facility services in your county, or call the nursing home you are interested in an ask how they did on their last inspection. That info is public and they must provide it to you.

Better Business Bureau of your City and State….If they are accredited,, they should be under the umbrella… Business who are on the up and up, pay an annual fee to be listed…Taking the guesswork out of the publics guessing.
