Is it normal when i go to therapy to exericise alone.yes i do know all the” task”,but i notice others are being help step by step.when it is time for streching my limb she is there to complete that last step .then she sign my sheet to get paid by my insurance.

This is not uncommon, especially in sports med clinics where patients tend to not need as much guidance and are not as sick, as say, a population of mostly elderly patients.

Sad, but true, and I am glad I am not in a clinic like that.

Your better off doing therapy yourself. That way you know your own limits. Good Luck you will be getting better a little at a time but you will get better.
