It really depends on the rehab and if insurance companies supports the rehab you chose. You can expect to pay thousands of dollars without insurance on other rehabs.
I know a drug rehab treatment center that has treatment programs that may cost you little or nothing, its Crosby Center. They have one of the most advanced techniques and facilities and Insurance will often pay for the treatment they provide and sometimes Crosby Center has scholarship money available.
